We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price.

Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability, Pricing errors, Suspected fraudulent activity, Incomplete or incorrect customer information.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed.

Payments
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways.

Lunerra does not store your card details or banking information.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is dispatched, Lunerra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to hygiene and product safety considerations, jewellery items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns, replacements, or exchanges may only be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect product received
- Manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, customers must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Submit a continuous, unedited unboxing/opening video clearly showing the package being opened from its sealed condition.
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing/opening video will not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, accessories, and invoices.

Lunerra reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any replacement, exchange, or refund request.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Orders placed during sales, promotions, or special campaigns may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Jewellery Care
- Fashion jewellery requires proper care.
- To prolong the life of your jewellery:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
- Remove jewellery before exercising, swimming, or sleeping.
- Store jewellery in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep pieces in their original pouch or box whenever possible.
- Natural wear and tear due to usage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
