Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns on jewellery unless the item received is damaged or incorrect (will require an opening)

What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with opening photos and videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
